Sprints
The ultimate test of explosive power and acceleration, sprint events demand maximum effort over 100m, 200m, and 400m distances. These events combine raw speed with refined technique to achieve peak performance.


Jumps
Long jump, triple jump, and high jump showcase the perfect blend of speed, power, and precision. Each discipline requires unique technical mastery and explosive strength to achieve maximum distance or height.
Hurdles
A dynamic combination of sprint speed and technical skill, hurdling challenges athletes to maintain momentum while clearing barriers at high speed. Available in both sprint hurdles and 400m variations.


Throws
Shot put, discus, javelin, and hammer throws demonstrate the art of explosive power and technical precision. Each throwing discipline requires its own unique blend of strength, speed, and rotational mechanics.
Endurance
From middle distance power in the 800m and 1500m to the sustained pace of 5000m and 10,000m track events, endurance racing tests both speed and stamina. This also includes the unique challenge of steeplechase race.


Road Running
From fast 5K races to marathon distances, our many of our athletes like to run as a club onto the streets of Leicester throughout the year.
Cross Country
Racing across natural terrain including hills, mud, and varying surfaces, cross country presents a raw challenge that tests strength and adaptability.
